Bike Maintenance Day

So bike maintenance day for most people. Not for me but I helped people. Tony and Sigi did oil change, adjust valves and changed tires on their BMW R1150GS. Olivier & Sylvie changed tires on their BMW R1200GSA and F650GS…

Poor Tony did most of the work for changing the tires. I helped him. It was nearly like an assembly line and we managed to change 7 tires fairly quickly.

img 2911Since I picked up another broken spoke I spoke to Rene to see where I could get some replacement spokes. Also spoke to Sibylle to see what would be the best option to have spokes send to UB.

Later in the afternoon we all went into town for dinner. Had some really nice BBQ beef and some beers. Good part was that the restaurant had free wifi so I send a couple of emails from my phone. Got in touch with my friend Johny in Dublin to send replacement spokes to UB.

Didn’t make it a late night but had a few beers in the guest house.
