Wet, wet, wet
No not the name of my favorite band but the right words to discribe my drive from Wales to Germany. Basically it was raining the whole time. Otherwise the drive was terribly boring with 300km of motorways thru England and another 400km or so from Calais to my home town in Germany.
As always taking the Channel Tunnel was a bliss. Just pulled up got my ticket and got onto the next train. No waiting.
During a cigarette stop in Belgium I had a chat with a couple from Bonn. They might be right in calling me mad for duing a trip like this on my own.
It was quite late when I arrive - past 10pm after a long day in the rain.
